Terms of service

Last updated September 30, 2026

These terms cover your use of Hollerback, a service that answers calls for your business and sends you the details. By using Hollerback you agree to them.

What Hollerback does

Hollerback answers calls forwarded to your Hollerback number using an automated assistant, writes up each caller's request, and sends it to you. At your request it can call a customer back to pass along a price and times you provide. It introduces itself as your assistant and, if a caller sincerely asks, tells them it's automated.

What it doesn't do

The assistant does not give professional, safety, legal or medical advice, diagnose problems, or quote prices or appointment times you haven't given it. It may make mistakes, including mishearing names, numbers or addresses. You are responsible for confirming details with your customers and for the work you agree to do.

Your responsibilities

Billing

Plans are billed monthly through our payment processor, Polar. Your plan includes a set number of call minutes each month; additional minutes are billed at the rate shown when you sign up. Calls are counted in whole minutes. You can cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. There's no contract.

Availability

We work to keep Hollerback running, but phone networks and online services can fail. We don't guarantee that every call will be answered or every message delivered, and you should keep another way for customers to reach you.

Limitation of liability

Hollerback is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost business, missed calls, or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we'll email you before it takes effect.
